Casa Francisca is the second apartment of Holiday House Amalfi Coast. An old family ruin set along the coastal stairs that was last renovated in 2023. After having been a cosy family home, it was turned into a vacation rental in 2014.
Casa Francisca enjoys of a suggestive terrace sea view and a spacious garden-solarium with a little pool, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and a large dining area. Casa Francisca is an apartment that pays attention to design details, the living room is indeed decorated with some authentic pieces like Florence Appliques. The colorful Vietri ceramic tiles make the kitchen the perfect place to enjoy an authentic Italian dinner, why not with the KM 0 vegetable that you can hand-pick right from the garden below the apartment.

A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. Your deposit will be refunded in full subject to an inspection of the property.
The tourist tax for Praiano municipality is of EUR 2,50 per night per person. It should be paid cash. This is free of charge for children under 10 y.o. and it has to be paid for maximum 7 nights.
It is not allowed to smoke in Casa Francisca.
